Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to manage and grow our existing System Integrator (SI) / Implementation Partner accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for farming existing client relationships, generating new staffing requirements, and partnering closely with the delivery team to ensure successful fulfillment of positions through consultant onboarding.
This is a highly client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, relationship management, and account coordination skills.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the recruitment team, ensuring seamless service delivery while driving account growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Farming & Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing SI/Implementation Partner clients to generate new staffing requirements and expand business opportunities.
- Requirement Generation: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand hiring needs and secure new staffing requirements.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Delivery Coordination: Collaborate closely with recruiters, delivery leads, and account managers to ensure timely sourcing, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and consultant onboarding.
