Key Responsibilities:
Business Development &Revenue; Growth
Drive overall sales strategy and revenue growth for IT Services offerings across target markets.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in enterprise accounts.
Build a solid sales pipeline through strategic hunting, networking, and market penetration initiatives.
Own and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Enterprise Sales& Client Acquisition
Engage with CXOs, business leaders,



and key decision-makers across industries.
Sell IT Services offerings including:
Application Development & Maintenance
Digital Transformation
Cloud Services
Data & Analytics
AI/ML Solutions
Product Engineering
Managed Services
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Account Management & Client Relationships
Build long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.
Drive account mining, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and business retention.
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Define go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and sales forecasts.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for solution positioning.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
Analyse market trends, competition, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
