Job Purpose:
The Process Lead is primarily the Subject Matter Expert and the Process Trainer of the Risk Analysis Team. Concurrently, s/he is responsible for monitoring the quality of the teams output, supporting the SLA goals of the team and the timely cascading of information that is relevant to the analysts.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct process training activities such as, but not limited to, recent hire training, process refresher training, cross-skilling and other activities that provide learning opportunities for the team.
- Cascade information and escalate issues that will impact the team and/or its customers.
- Facilitate testing activities for any new GP products or systems
