Job Title: Non-IT Sourcer

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Kolkata

Role & Responsibilities:

Sourcer :
- Identify Non- Technical candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques & through different job boards .
- Screening quality candidates for the given requirement .
- Develop talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs.
- Keeping abreast of new sourcing methods and tools
- Evaluating how well candidates fit the company's culture, values, and work environment.
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)

What we need
- Need 2-6 years of strong sourcing experience , should be able to build/source differently through multiple job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn etc .
- Solid executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
- Ability to work in a rapid paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
