Role Description The Senior Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving regional sales growth and market penetration for Jumbo TMX steel products.



This position oversees key distributor and dealer relationships, develops and executes regional sales strategies, and manages sales teams to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and monitoring sales activities, conducting market and competitor analysis, visiting customers and project sites, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in collaboration with operations and logistics. The role also involves forecasting demand, preparing regular performance reports, leading sales training and coaching, and representing the company at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
