Role Overview

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating BIM project delivery within your discipline while working closely with BIM Team Leads, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and BIM Modelers. You will ensure BIM models meet project requirements, maintain high quality standards, and support multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.





This role requires robust technical expertise, coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple project deliverables while maintaining quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout various stages of project delivery.
- Execute assigned BIM deliverables in accordance with project schedules and client requirements.
- Support the successful delivery of multiple projects while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Monitor assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges.
- Assist BIM Team Leads in achieving project milestones and delivery objectives.

BIM Coordination
- Coordinate models with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design consistency and constructability.
- Perform clash detection, model reviews, and coordination using industry-standard BIM tools.
