Kasplo is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing Sales team in Bangalore

Location: Bangalore | Work from Office

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and research potential customers

• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn & other channels





• Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements

• Schedule product demos and discovery calls

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

6 months – 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Customer Engagement

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident in speaking with business decision-makers

Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented

Solid relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of SaaS, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, SMS or WhatsApp solutions is a plus
