About the Role: We are seeking a Business Manager – Franchisee Network Growth (FOCO) to drive the expansion of our franchisee network. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding investors and financial partners who will fund EV fleets under a Franchise Owned, Company Operated (FOCO) model where our client manages end-to-end operations.



The ideal candidate will have dedicated experience pitching FOCO/asset-light investment opportunities, financial channel sales, or dealer network expansion—preferably in the automobile, EV, or wealth/asset management space—backed by strong financial and relationship-building skills.
Drive franchisee network expansion by identifying and onboarding investors under the FOCO framework across target markets.
Present and explain the FOCO franchisee business model to prospective investors and HNIs, highlighting hands-off asset ownership managed by the company.
Build and manage a pipeline of franchisee prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals.
Conduct business presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners.
Develop strong long-term relationships with franchise partners.
5 - 7 years of experience in franchise expansion, dealer network development, or channel sales.
