The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
. Experience in Data, having a flair for Quantitative Analysis using Python presenting the scorecards & KPIs to stakeholders using Tableau/PowerBI
. Ability to provide insights and recommendations using strong analytical skills striving to convince key company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions
. Exhibiting high degree of pro-activeness in identifying Proofs of Concept and taking them to implementation
. Expert in handling large amounts of data (structured & unstructured)
. Ability to solve problems using ML techniques - Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forest and SVM
. Knowledge of advanced ML models including Neural Networks would be advantageous
. Storytelling & Storyboarding are essential skills required to convey findings to business partners in an analytics agnostic manner
