Role Overview

We are looking for experienced pharmacists to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating and reviewing realistic clinical pharmacy scenarios that test AI capabilities in pharmacotherapy, dosing, drug interactions, medication reconciliation, and patient safety.

This chance is best suited to pharmacists with recent professional experience in hospital, clinical, or retail pharmacy environments who are comfortable reviewing complex medication regimens and applying evidence-based pharmacy standards.

CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 9 weeks

COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote - Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico.

Candidates must hold an active professional pharmacy license and a PharmD or regionally equivalent pharmacy qualification.

Responsibilities
- Create expert-level clinical pharmacy tasks based on realistic patient and medication scenarios.
- Develop gold-standard solutions covering pharmacotherapy, dosing, drug interactions, and medication safety.
- Author cases involving patient chart review, medication reconciliation, adverse reactions, and therapeutic recommendations.
- Review AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and practical relevance.
- Evaluate renal and hepatic dosing adjustments, therapeutic drug monitoring, and multi-drug regimens.
- Identify drug-related problems, contraindications, interactions, and inappropriate medication use.
- Verify that lab values, medication profiles, and clinical scenarios are realistic and medically sound.
