About the role

The foundation was founder-led, and now with over 30 people in the CS team and 300% YoY growth, we’re now looking for a Program Manager – Customer Success who’s obsessed with getting things done, building scalable CS processes, and enabling a world-class team to create true fans of BiteSpeed globally.
What you’ll do
Run the engine – Own day-to-day operations of the CS team: onboarding, tracking adoption, renewals
