We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our ELV projects in Eastern India from our Kolkata office .

Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for complete project execution, client management, resource planning, commercial monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple ELV projects within schedule, budget, quality and safety parameters.




The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in ELV systems, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of ELV projects from project handover to final commissioning.
Prepare project schedules, execution plans and resource deployment strategies.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and approved budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC and contractors.
Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor project progress.
Technical Management
Manage complete execution of:
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Access Control Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems
Video Door Phone Systems
Intrusion Alarm Systems
Structured Cabling
Networking Infrastructure
Building Management Systems (BMS)
