The Role
We are looking for a energetic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Cluster Manager – Admissions to lead the admissions strategy and student enrolment growth across multiple school campuses.
This is a high-impact leadership role that combines business development, relationship management, marketing, team leadership, and customer experience.



The successful candidate will drive enrolment growth, build strong community partnerships, mentor school admission teams, and ensure every prospective family experiences a seamless admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Enrollment Growth
Own and deliver admission targets across assigned schools.
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly enrolment strategies.
Forecast admissions, revenue, and growth trends for each campus.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
Design Admission Strategy
Design and implement innovative admission campaigns to increase enquiries and conversions.
Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the schools' market presence.
