Job Post :- Partner Relationship Manager - Operations

Role Overview:
The Partner Relationship Manager will be the single point of contact for company's business partners, owning their end-to-end journey, from onboarding through day-to-day coordination, certification cycle support, and issue resolution. This is a client-facing operations role where robust communication, relationship management, and disciplined time management are the top priorities. Working knowledge of ISO/certification report formats is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete relationship lifecycle with company's partners such as onboarding, ongoing coordination, and continued engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and follow-ups, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Coordinate the certification workflow end-to-end: application handling, audit scheduling, and follow-through to certification decision.
- Track report submission flow between partners, auditors, and internal teams,
ensuring basic compliance with required formats and timelines.
- Manage timelines across multiple partner accounts simultaneously, proactively flagging delays before they become issues.
- Coordinate surveillance and recertification schedules, and support scope extension or certification change requests.
- Liaise with internal teams for contract review, quotation support, and certification cycle planning.
- Maintain accurate records in the CB management system / CRM for tracking partner status and history.
- Support nonconformity follow-up coordination and closure verification tracking (administrative, not technical review).
- Prepare basic MIS/status reports and dashboards in Excel for management visibility.
- Handle day-to-day customer communication with a strong focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
