Overview:

As Lead Health Coach you will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering high-touch, outcome‐driven coaching across our client journeys, while also owning the operational excellence, team culture, quality and scale of the coaching team. You will partner with clinical, nutrition, data science and product teams to translate diagnostics + AI into effective behaviour-change programs, and you’ll ensure the coach-client experience is world-class and aligned with our “whole-body optimisation” promise.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coaching & Client Outcomes
- Serve as a senior coach for high-value clients:



conduct deep intake assessments, interpret diagnostic reports (biomarkers, wearable, functional tests), frame actionable blueprints, and guide behaviour change.
- Translate complex health data + AI insights into explicit, feasible, personalised coaching plans (movement, nutrition, recovery, mindset) that align with the Resolute model.
- Monitor client progress, refine protocols, leverage AI‐powered nudges/tracking systems, ensure sustained adherence and measurable results (health span, resilience, performance).
- Conduct regular client check-ins, hold accountability conversations, maintain high client satisfaction and retention.

2. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of health coaches: train, set performance standards, create coaching frameworks, share best practices.
