Job Description

Partners with sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents customer requirements and works to ensure DN delivery processes are applied, adapted and executed to ensure an effective and high quality response. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.
- Minimum work experience: 8 years of Oracle Apps (#R12, #11i) applications development.
- Hold a Bachelor/Master degree specialized with a blend of Business and Technology.
- Hands on experience in Oracle apps technical skills SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Form Personalization s, UNIX, Shell scripting, XML Publisher, OAF, ADF etc.
- Hands on techno functional experience in Oracle spectrum of application suite covering end to end processes: QTO, PTB, STS, OTC,STR, Covering modules related to Oracle Supply Chain Management(SCM), Oracle Manufacturing,



Oracle Planning and WMS.
- Knowledge of Middleware SOA, OSB, OIC.
- Subject matter expertise : Manufacturing & SCM ,
- Ability to interact and coordinate with employees at different levels, different groups, and Different geographical locations within the company
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task workload
- Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills.
- Oracle ERP Certifications
