ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to manage our Industrial Water category product sales in Northern and Eastern India regions. Suitable candidate is required to create business opportunities and has responsibility to sell products (mainly Swimming Pool, Fountain and Aquatic products) in the Residential/commercial market with consultative approach/value selling to OEMs, EPC, End User & driving Channel Partners for business development. He or she is expected to work closely with Pool distribution channels,



Major Pool builders, Architects, Design consultants and major Developers in the region. Incumbent will have to provide sales management for the specified region/territory and sales development activities, in alignment with the strategic direction from the company.
Essential Responsibilities /Expectations:
The Sales resource works closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet assigned objectives, reporting to national sales manager
Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions, geographical coverage, meeting End User/OEM in assigned territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio
Working closely with Channel partners in forecasting, order indents to ensure the healthy inventory to satisfy the market demands
Working closely with distribution partners in driving growth and securing major commercial project opportu
