You will play a key role across accounting operations, financial close, statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls.
The position combines technical accounting expertise with hands-on ownership of controllership activities and financial reporting.

Accountabilities:
Lead and coordinate accounting operations, including financial close, reporting, corporate governance, controllership activities, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including FEMA, CSR, tax, TDS, EPF, MSMED, RBI requirements, transfer pricing, and revenue recognition policies.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls and ICFR processes to safeguard company assets and support reliable financial reporting.
Prepare and coordinate statutory, tax, internal, SOX, balance sheet, and other financial audits and reviews.
Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure audit readiness, timely responses, and effective resolution of findings.
