As an Outbound Sales Executive, you'll own the entire sales journey, from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals. You'll engage small and medium-sized businesses, uncover their needs, and help them grow their online presence with Bluehost solutions. This is a true hunter role for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are passionate about winning new business.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Own Outbound Pipeline Creation: Drive net-new business through high-volume cold calling, email, and social outreach to SMBs and entrepreneurs
Execute a True Hunting Motion: Identify, target, and engage new prospects with no prior relationship to Bluehost
Qualify & Convert Opportunities: Quickly assess customer needs, qualify opportunities,



and move prospects efficiently through the funnel
Run Full Sales Cycle: From first touch through close, own discovery, objection handling, and deal execution
Drive Current Logo Acquisition: Focus on bringing in new customers and expanding Bluehost’s footprint in the SMB market
Position Value, Not Just Product: Act as a trusted advisor to educate prospects on how Bluehost solutions power their online presence and growth
Maintain High Activity & Performance: Consistently hit daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline generated) and MRR targets
Handle Objections & Close with Confidence: Navigate competitive conversations and close with urgency and integrity
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
At least 2 years of Outbound Sales Experience
True Hunter Mentality: Proven success in outbound sales with a strong focus on cold calling and new business acquisition
