Lead the commercialization of innovative connected products from early development through launch and post-launch optimization. You will own the end-to-end launch process, coordinating product, engineering, operations, supply chain, retail, marketing, and external partners. The role is highly cross-functional and requires strong judgment to keep complex product programs moving while managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities. You will build the processes, visibility, and operating infrastructure needed to scale commercialization effectively. Your work will directly influence launch readiness, operational execution, product quality, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance. Accountabilities:




Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, product development, brand, marketing, packaging, operations, supply chain, retail, legal, planning, and external manufacturing partners.
Build strong working relationships across distributed teams and time zones, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, dependencies, milestones, and decisions.
Translate technical constraints into business and marketing implications and ensure commercial requirements are clearly communicated to technical teams.
Manage a portfolio of concurrent product initiatives, including recent products, line extensions, product changes, and accessories at different stages of development.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility through Asana or comparable project management platforms and provide structured updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
