Job Summary
The Apprenticeship program at Bread Financial provides the opportunity for aspiring and motivated professionals to gain specialized skill under the guidance of experienced colleagues. In a job shadowing based workplace, members of the Apprenticeship program consistently exhibit a willingness to learn, excel in time management, and grow, develop and prepare skills needed for future utilization at Bread Financial.
An Apprentice will exist in the following areas of the business (*this list is subject to change based on needs of the business and organization).
• Enterprise Risk- BSA/AML, Complaints, Testing
• Human Resources- People Center, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development
• Credit Risk- Business Performance Management
• Information Technology- Service Delivery, InfoSec IAM, ePMO, Network & Systems, Application Development
The Customer Experience (CX) Acquire & Grow team is responsible for driving profitable customer and product strategies across all channels, helping to drive a seamless experience in Acquiring, launching and retaining. This includes current and future state customer journey mapping, E2E experience articulation, journey insights to understand how customers are engaging with us and opportunities to improve. In addition, the team influences across the organization through business case support, product growth strategies, and input into all customer facing experiences across all channels and brands. This helps inform the solutions and capabilities we bring to market. Performing these functions and understanding how the marketplace is evolving will ensure Bread Financial delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
