This role offers the opportunity to shape digital commerce experiences for customers across high-impact Hosting and Security product journeys. You will identify customer needs, uncover optimization opportunities, and turn data into actionable hypotheses that improve conversion and revenue. Working across Pricing, UX, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering, you will lead experimentation from concept through launch, analysis, and iteration. You will combine customer research, behavioral analytics, competitive insights, and A/B testing to continuously improve the online purchase experience. The role also encourages creative use of AI and content management technologies to accelerate experimentation and operational efficiency. This is a remote position within India, offering the opportunity to influence site strategy in a collaborative, agile, and data-driven workplace.

Accountabilities




Partner with cross-functional teams across Pricing, UX, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve purchase journeys for Hosting and Security products, increase customer engagement and conversion, and identify opportunities for greater operational efficiency.
Research customer behavior and market trends using analytics, user testing, competitor analysis, customer insights, FullStory, Google Analytics, and other relevant data sources to identify friction points and develop high-value hypotheses.
Build and manage a strong experimentation pipeline by sizing, prioritizing, and executing initiatives according to customer value, expected business impact, and available resources.
Design, launch, analyze, and iterate on A/B tests across product and landing pages, including copy, imagery, offers, merchandising, and overall page presentation.
