As a Patient Concierge Associate, you will provide essential administrative and operational support for patient travel and reimbursement services within clinical trials. You will help coordinate day-to-day activities across internal teams, vendors, and study stakeholders, ensuring that requests are handled efficiently and accurately. The role involves managing documentation, trackers, communications, meetings, and project records across multiple initiatives. You will contribute to smooth study setup and ongoing project execution while maintaining compliance with established procedures. Strong organization and attention to detail will be essential when managing competing priorities and sensitive information. Accountabilities:
Monitor and manage shared mailboxes,



ensuring incoming requests are accurately reviewed and routed to the appropriate team members.
Maintain project trackers, documentation, records, and databases using tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Excel.
Support study setup activities, including preparing documentation and tracking onboarding activities and requirements.
Coordinate meetings and calendars, prepare agendas, capture notes, and support follow-up activities.
Assist with vendor communications, documentation, and activity tracking to help ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to projects, vendors, studies, and operational activities.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, routine status updates, and other project communications.
Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing, financial tracking, and budget documentation.
