You will guide technical teams, establish engineering standards, and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with broader technology strategy.
A major focus will be on modern AWS data platforms, data lakes, analytics, cloud-native services, and data processing solutions.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, functional managers, and technical specialists to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Accountabilities:
Provide technical leadership for enterprise IT initiatives, coordinating technical resources and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to defined quality and design standards.
Lead and mentor data engineering and technical teams, promoting engineering proficiency, knowledge sharing, consistent processes, and industry best practices.
Design, develop, and oversee technology-enabled applications, products, services, and data solutions while ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy.
Lead technical design reviews, evaluate solution architectures, and ensure proposed designs meet business, technical, security, and operational requirements.
