The Staff Delivery Manager will lead the strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of technology products supporting logistics operations across complex, asset-intensive environments.
This staff-level role sits at the intersection of product management, data platforms, digital engineering, and operational technology.
You will shape product vision and roadmaps while ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value in safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost.
Working with product, architecture, engineering, data, and operational teams, you will guide solutions from ideation through deployment and adoption.
The role requires strong technical fluency, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.

Accountabilities:
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for technology products supporting logistics and core operational capabilities.
Align product priorities with enterprise objectives such as data-platform simplification, automation, cost efficiency, and digital transformation.
Lead the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Drive Agile delivery practices, including backlog prioritization, release planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
Provide technical and delivery leadership across data, platform, and visualization workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives and outcomes.
