About the Role
We are looking for a Textile Designer with 3–6 years of experience to develop seasonal collections for leading international retailers with a strong Scandinavian design aesthetic.
This role requires someone who can translate consumer insights and trends into commercially successful products across multiple categories. You will work closely with Product Development, Merchandising,
Sampling and Technical teams from concept through sample development.
Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in home textile design.
- Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 design institute such as NID, NIFT, Pearl Academy or an equivalent institution.
- Proven experience designing for export markets.
- Strong portfolio across Top of Table, Curtains, Cushions and Kitchen Linen.
- Good understanding of Scandinavian aesthetics, colour, materials and construction.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating production-ready CADs, repeats, colourways and technical specifications.
- Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
