Role Overview
The Manager – International Expansion will be responsible for driving Frido's global growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, establishing international distribution networks, and building strategic partnerships. This role requires solid commercial acumen, market entry expertise, and the ability to scale business across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Frido's international expansion strategy.
- Identify high-potential countries,
market opportunities, and growth segments.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, importers, and channel partners.
- Drive export sales for Frido's mobility, ergonomic, and wellness product portfolio.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new international markets.
- Manage partnerships with global distributors and healthcare channels.
- Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure smooth market entry.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing for international business execution.
- Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive benchmarking across markets.
- Explore opportunities on international B2B and B2C marketplaces such as Amazon Global, Noon, Walmart Marketplace, etc.
