Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead and manage our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential project sales, land sales, and villa sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets and manage high-performing teams under tremendous pressure.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

· Lead and manage the complete sales function, including Tele-Sales and field sales teams.

· Recruit, onboard, train, motivate, and mentor Tele-Sales Executives and Sales Managers.

· Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

· Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

· Manage sales operations for residential projects, land, and villa sales.

· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.

· Monitor team performance and take corrective action to improve productivity.

· Conduct regular performance reviews,



team meetings, and sales training sessions.

· Track key sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present updates to senior management.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert qualified leads.

· Build solid customer relationships and drive repeat business and referrals.

· Identify new market opportunities and develop plans for business expansion.

· Maintain effective sales processes, customer follow-ups, and reporting systems.

· Work effectively under tremendous pressure while managing multiple priorities and achieving targets.

Key Skills and Competencies

· Proven sales record as a General Manager, Sales Head, Project Head, or similar leadership role.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in residential project sales, land sales, and villa sales is mandatory.
