oking for a Creative Head – Campaigns & Creative Direction who can combine strong creative thinking with campaign funnel strategy to build campaigns that not only look premium but also drive awareness, engagement, consideration and sales.

Role
This is
n
ot purely a design or content role.
You will
be responsible for developing the creative strategy behind our marketing funnel, understanding what the customer needs to see at every stage of the journey and turning those insights into high-performing campaigns.
You will
work closely with the founder and marketing team to build campaigns from awareness → engagement → consideration → conversion → retention.

creative strategies for full-funnel marketing campaigns.* Plan cr
eative concepts according to different stages of the customer journey.* Develop
TOF, MOF and BOF creative strategies for Meta and other digital platforms.* Create
concepts for awareness, engagement, product education, retargeting and conversion campaigns.* Develop
creative angles, hooks, scripts, storyboards and campaign narratives.* Direct
the production of Reels, UGC, product videos, photoshoots, static creatives and advertising assets.* Work cl
osely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign data and improve creative performance.* Analyse
metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, landing-page engagement, add-to-cart, conversion rate and ROAS to identify creative opportunities.* Continu
ously test different hooks, concepts, formats, messaging and visual styles.* Develop
