Role Description: The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the visual design and brand expression across Calikulture’s digital and print channels. In this position, the designer creates packaing assets such as product catalogs, packaging concepts, social media creatives and sales collateral that align with brand guidelines and support retail partner engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining brand identity elements, designing promotional campaigns, preparing files for print and digital use. The Senior Graphic Designer will also guide design standards, provide feedback to junior or external designers, and help maintain a consistent, professional look and feel across all touchpoints. This role requires robust ownership of projects from concept through final delivery,



with attention to deadlines and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
Strong visual design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print marketing materials.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across different formats.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably supporting retail, wholesale, or consumer product brands.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team setting.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand development, and execution
