About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with strong expertise in outbound prospecting, LinkedIn automation, and modern sales engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using tools such as Heyreach, Prosp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lemlist, along with other B2B outreach platforms.
You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, booking meetings,



and contributing directly to revenue growth through structured and data-driven outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Build and manage B2B prospect lists using Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Set up and manage multi-step outreach sequences using Heyreach, Prosp, Lemlist, and similar tools.
Craft highly personalized connection messages and follow-ups.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
Book qualified discovery calls and pass them to the closing team.
Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or LinkedIn Outreach.
Proven hands-on experience with Heyreach, Prosp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lemlist.
