Team Overview
The Technical Platform Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, adoption, governance, and delivery of enterprise platform services that enable secure, scalable, and productive software development and infrastructure operations across the organization.

This role partners with platform service owners, engineering leaders, architecture, security, compliance, cloud engineering, and application development teams to define platform capabilities, establish operational excellence standards, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The TPM serves as a strategic leader who balances platform scalability, reliability, security, developer experience, and cost optimization while ensuring enterprise platform services continue to meet evolving business and technology needs.

Platform domains may include Observability, Infrastructure Automation, PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management, Trusted Images, Kubernetes and Container Platform Services, Developer Tooling, and Internal Developer Platforms.





This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Platform Strategy & Roadmap Management
Define and manage the roadmap for enterprise platform services including:
Observability
PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management
Trusted Images
Container Platform Services (Kubernetes/CMK)
Infrastructure Automation
Internal Developer Platform capabilities
Drive platform strategy, lifecycle management, adoption, and governance in partnership with platform service owners and engineering leadership.
