Purpose of Role

The HRBP role is part of the global HR function working closely with and reporting into the Functional Senior HRBP, the role holder will provide HR administrative support in line with the functional strategy and supporting the central HR processes. The role holder will also be the first point of contact for people managers and will interact on a daily basis with various stakeholders advising and supporting in the functional HR activity.





Proactive and passionate in providing a timely and productive HR support to our manager population, the role holder will be a key point of contact in providing guidance around HR policy and process, administrative support to other HR teams and answering general HR queries. Always looking for ways to ensure the service provided exceeds the expectation of our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supports the SHRBP in the implementation of the global HR strategy and of change management projects
Supporting the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience in line with the functional needs
Acts as first point of contact providing high-quality functional support to management and participates in regular meetings with respective business units
Works closely with HR Managers to ensure that the function are receiving HR guidance when appropriate. Also, to provide feedback on a regular
