As an EPM - FCCS, ARCS - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards.



Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives.
