Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa, focused on expanding Soul Travelling’s network of partners, clients, and curated experiences.



The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, nurturing relationships with hotels, travel partners, corporates, schools, and other organizations, and supporting customized experiential offerings. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management; conducting meetings and presentations; and maintaining regular communication with existing and prospective accounts. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals, align offerings with client needs, and ensure smooth onboarding and handover to operations. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and representing Soul Travelling at events, fairs, and networking forums to drive growth and brand visibility.
