About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and a solid understanding of US staffing processes, work authorizations, and employment types.
The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, qualifying, and submitting top IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities across various technologies and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization,



and job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' technical background, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and interest.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Submit qualified candidates to clients while ensuring resumes accurately represent the candidate's experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the interview process.
Negotiate compensation, start dates, and other employment terms with candidates when required.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS/CRM.
