Must have skills:

Strong knowledge of upstream value chain: E&P;, OFES, Maintenance, etc.
Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations
Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc.
Hands on experience in driving end-to-end client engagements, from opportunity identification and sales through to successful delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Positive to have skills:

Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings and thought leadership initiatives
Exposure to digital opportunities such as Data/ AI/ Analytics across upstream functions

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work on upstream energy consulting engagements, leveraging your industry, technical, and business expertise to deliver client value.



You will support transformation initiatives through operational excellence, digital adoption, and client engagement, while contributing to business development and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support upstream consulting projects focused on key upstream operations
Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and solution architecture
Engage with clients during the project lifecycle
Collaborate with the broader team to deliver high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
Identify and assess digital disruption opportunities in upstream operations

Additional Information:

This role requires extensive travel, typically 80% or more annually, with assignments that may involve working at client locations across global regions for both short- and long-term engagements
