Avacend Inc. is looking for experienced and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Chennai.

? Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Work on W2, C2C, and Contract/Contract-to-Hire requirements.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to meet hiring targets.
Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the ATS/CRM.
? Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.




Robust knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
Experience with IT/Technical positions such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, etc.
Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/CRM, and VMS platforms is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

⭐ Preferred:
Experience working with US staffing/MSP/VMS clients.
Strong knowledge of W2 and C2C hiring.
Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
