About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Interns to join our Personal Loan Cross-Sell team. The intern will be responsible for identifying eligible customers, generating leads, and promoting Personal Loan products to existing customers through cross-selling
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Personal Loans through customer calling and relationship management
Cross-sell Personal Loan products to existing customers
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products
Explain Personal Loan features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits to customers
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications
Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and loan processing
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the system
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets
Ensure proper customer service and maintain a positive customer relationship
Adhere To Company Policies, Sales Processes, And Compliance Requirements
Eligibility
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales workplace
Candidates interested in building a career in Banking, NBFC and Financial Services are preferred
