Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
Ability to monitor and manage cloud environments to ensure optimal performance.
Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and performing root cause analysis.
