The Chance
In this role, you will be responsible for leading an enterprise IT team of and ensure high availability, scalability, and robust security across complex LAN, WAN, Data Center, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) environments. The Director will drive network modernization, support digital transformation initiatives, oversee multi-OEM environments, and align technical strategy with core business objectives, offshore delivery centers (ODCs), and enterprise customer requirements.
The Responsibilities
Formulate and implement the long-term strategic roadmap for global network operations, aligning network architecture with business goals.
Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems to support hybrid cloud, SD-WAN, and automated NaaS frameworks.
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing regular updates on network performance, risks, capital projects, and operational metrics.
Oversee the end-to-end design, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure (Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, Data Centers, Wireless, Load Balancing, and VPNs).
Establish and monitor stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guarantee network reliability, performance, and proactive issue mitigation.
Enforce robust Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks to ensure rapid SLA resolution and minimal business disruption.
