Role Description The Elder Care skilled will provide compassionate, respectful support to older adults, focusing on their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care activities, monitoring health and behavior changes, coordinating medications as directed, and supporting mobility and daily routines. The role also involves communicating with family members and healthcare providers, maintaining accurate care records, and encouraging social and recreational engagement tailored to each individual’s needs. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with a mix of on-site visits to clients’ homes or care facilities and some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and coordination. The position requires adherence to ethical and professional care standards,



as well as sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and family structures.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in elderly care, personal assistance, and daily living support, with a focus on dignity, safety, and independence.
Experience in basic health monitoring, medication reminders, and coordination with medical professionals or caregivers.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to build trust with older adults and their families.
Ability to manage schedules, maintain accurate documentation, and follow established care plans and procedures.
Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience when working with individuals experiencing physical limitations, cognitive decline, or chronic conditions.
Prior experience in elder care, nursing assistance, social work, or community caregiving is preferred.
