Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily AR operations including cash and debt management.
Monitor outstanding debts and ensure prompt collection of overdue payments.
Investigate and resolve customer disputes or payment discrepancies in coordination with internal departments.
Prepare regular reports including monthly debtors’ reports, collection status updates and aged debt analysis to manager.
Support month-end closing activities related to AR including account reconciliation and journal postings.
