Role Description The Team Leader role at Delhivery in Aluva is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in a logistics hub or facility. The Team Leader coordinates shift activities, allocates tasks, and monitors performance to ensure timely and accurate sorting, loading, unloading,



and dispatch of shipments. This role involves supervising a team of associates, providing guidance and training, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The Team Leader collaborates with operations, transport, and customer service teams to resolve issues, manage exceptions, and maintain high service levels. The position also includes reporting key operational metrics, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
