Role Description The Customer Service Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Mulshi, responsible for providing technical and customer-facing support for Ssiiddhey’s instrumentation solutions.



Day-to-day activities include installing, commissioning, and maintaining analytical and control instruments at customer locations, as well as performing routine calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating field service visits, and ensuring prompt resolution to minimize customer downtime. The Customer Service Engineer will interact closely with customers to understand their application needs, provide training on equipment usage and safety, and document service activities, reports, and feedback. Collaboration with internal engineering and sales teams to improve service quality, support upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience is an integral part of this role.
