Role Description The Business Specialist will support the growth and performance of OCI’s real estate and financial services operations through structured business planning, market analysis, and client-focused activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and business data,



preparing business plans and performance reports, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing informed recommendations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service. The Business Specialist will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, support sales and consulting efforts, and maintain accurate documentation for business activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
