Role Description The Social Media Manager – Political Communications is a full-time hybrid role based in Mohali district, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The person in this role will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to support political communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.



Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, designing or coordinating visual assets, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and skilled manner. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external partners to align social media activity with broader communication goals and timelines. The Social Media Manager will stay current with platform trends, policy changes, and emerging best practices, while ensuring all content complies with legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines relevant to political communications.
Qualifications
Strong social media management skills, including experience managing profiles on major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
