Role Description The Customer Experience Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for ensuring a positive and consistent experience for all corporate and individual customers. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and coordinating with operations and drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. The role involves tracking service quality metrics, gathering feedback,



and suggesting improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. The Customer Experience Executive will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support account managers with client communication, and contribute to service-related reporting and documentation. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to meet service standards and uphold the company’s commitment to professional transportation solutions.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous approach.
Solid Analytical Skills to monitor service performance, interpret feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and coordinate effectively with operations, drivers, and account managers.
