Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving platform adoption and revenue growth. This role involves meeting homeowners, designers, architects, contractors, and interior firms to explain the value of the platform and onboard them as users or partners. The Field Sales Executive will prospect new leads, conduct sales visits and presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining strong ongoing relationships. They will gather market feedback,



collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients. Regular reporting on sales activities and performance, as well as participation in local events or promotions, is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
Ability to identify prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with using mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital platforms to track leads and record sales activities
Good understanding of interior project workflows or a willingness to learn the industry quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of work
