Role Summary

Responsible for leading the delivery of compensation services across FedEx’s international regions as part of the Total Rewards & Mobility Delivery team within GES. This role oversees compensation calculations, program support, merit and incentive cycles, survey administration, and off-cycle compensation, leading a team and MSP partners to ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance with FedEx reward policies and global standards.
